    I already do.  Most of the time I do my daily walk with a friend.  I would like to start walking in the woods more or around the lake.  That's a goal I have set for summer.

    Yes, I knew I was!  Better although it is still a huge challenge to avoid it.

    I am not sure, but  can call the water treatment plant in my area to find out.

    I tried to excercise daily, but sometimes was not able to achieve that goal. I was, however, able to increase the amount of exercise overall.
