I already do.  Most of the time I do my daily walk with a friend.  I would like to start walking in the woods more or around the lake.  That's a goal I have set for summer.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health Reduce refined sugar
Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?

Yes, I knew I was!  Better although it is still a huge challenge to avoid it.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

I am not sure, but  can call the water treatment plant in my area to find out.

Consider the ways you can garden: a plot of land? a patio container? hanging basket? windowsill gardens? What would work best for your living situation and lifestyle?

I have a tall planter on my deck off the kitchen which I will use to plant an herb garden.
