Acknowledging things that you are grateful for, no matter how small, creates positive energy and a positive attitude. When we feel good about ourselves, we are more eager to "do the right thing" for others and our planet!

I am really enjoining my daily commitment to these measures. I still need to focus on some of my one-time actions and am hopeful and can get to the rest of those on the weekend. I feel inspired and a sense of "making a difference" even with my small daily actions.

Sticking with the daily actions I have chosen is proving to be pretty easy so far -- and very rewarding! I am still working on my one-time actions and need to commit to each of those and take action in the next week. This feels so good!
