    What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reusable one with you or aren't allowed to use the one you brought? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?

    If I have to use a plastic bag, I then use them in my home for smaller trash receptacles.

    I find that I am not reaching for my phone as often, so I have more time to focus on the things I want to focus on.

    It's important to take the time for family and for the things that I enjoy. Because I am not so busy, I will be less likely to reach for something that is less sustainable.

    First, it keeps me fuller, which then helps me to lose some weight. It also helps me to consume less processed foods.

    We turn the thermometer down to 66 when we are not at home and while we are sleeping.

    Our printers are set to double print, so it definitely saves a lot.

    My trash bags are much lighter and I have less waste. We will use it in our gardens.

    Good - I keep forgetting to log stuff, but I am definitely more aware of waste.
