    Family and social connection - building strong and loving relationships 
    Health - doing something daily that leads to good health, thru fitness, nutrition, sleep and meditation 
    Personal Growth - set new goals, stay challenged, try new things
    Work on self - Daily practice of self care finding balance, practicing kindness to self and others, and practicing self respect and self love.
