Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.

To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Go Paperless
Reducing your paper mail can reduce mental clutter as well as physical waste -- by reducing what is coming in, you can reduce what is going into the recycling bin too. How does it make you feel? What is the next step you will take to reduce your waste?

This also saves time not getting all the junk mail delivered.  It's liberating.

I organized a food drive with our church for the local food pantry.  Announcing, shopping with the monetary donations I was given, sorting and dropping off the food to the pantry
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

What one thing could you do right away to reduce your waste?

I do this every day as to not waste a plastic garbage can liner bag.  I put it all in the kitchen trash and recycle my papers.  Saving the planet one garbage bag at a time.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health Healthy Sleep
Consider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?

Since it started on 4/1, I've been out of the office.  I've been committed to completing those things I can do at home during the first week regarding sleeping, walking and less screen time.  Now that I'm back I can focus on less paper waste and 2-sided printing if I print at all.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Simplicity Go For A Daily Walk Outside
Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

Yesterday I walked for over a mile about 20 minutes.  It was great to get out into the sun and get moving.
