REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Go PaperlessReducing your paper mail can reduce mental clutter as well as physical waste -- by reducing what is coming in, you can reduce what is going into the recycling bin too. How does it make you feel? What is the next step you will take to reduce your waste?
Sue Lech 4/13/2021 4:20 AMThis also saves time not getting all the junk mail delivered. It's liberating. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Healthy SleepConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Sue Lech 4/07/2021 5:42 AMWent to be early enough to catch 7 hours of sleep but could not fall asleep. Will try again tonight. -
Sue Lech 4/07/2021 5:42 AMSince it started on 4/1, I've been out of the office. I've been committed to completing those things I can do at home during the first week regarding sleeping, walking and less screen time. Now that I'm back I can focus on less paper waste and 2-sided printing if I print at all. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Go For A Daily Walk OutsideFresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?
Sue Lech 4/07/2021 5:40 AMYesterday I walked for over a mile about 20 minutes. It was great to get out into the sun and get moving.
