I could invest in buying products that have sustainable packaging, along with making sure to increase extra waste. Example: use a washable plate or bowl instead of a paper plate/bowl.

I practice self care by making sure that I set aside time every week for myself. I use that time to do activities I enjoy or things that help me be the best whole person I can be.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

I would say that we can. Sustainable and organic farming can provide all of the nutrients that we need to survive.

What did you learn about in the documentary you watched? How did it make you feel?

I learned about sustainable farming. It was an eye-opening experience to see farmers engaging in the natural process of growing crops and raising animals without pesticides, chemicals, or technology that leaves an imprint on the earth! It has shown me to be more mindful of where I purchase my produce and meats from to make sure I support these farmers.
