    I now have a collection of reusable bags--including mesh bags for vegetables--organized in the trunk of my car so that they are on hand whenever I stop at the store!

    I live close to work so this goal was really about planning so that multiple errands could be completed in the same trip, reducing the number of times and length of time that I'm driving.

    My garden is planned--for pots on the sunny, southern side of my home--and will be accompanied by a sign that says "need veggies? help yourself!"

    Each morning, I've been strolling through my yard, stopping to give thanks for the beautiful things beginning to grow there and for the warmer temperatures and the beautiful sky above. It is the perfect start to my day!

    It's a little too early to plant but I've prepped my pots, enriched the soil and planned for the particular plants I'll be putting in them in the next few weeks!
