REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity De-Clutter My Home or Dorm RoomHow can you prevent yourself from accumulating more unnecessary things in the future?
Alina Dziekonski 4/14/2021 7:37 AMI've started analyzing my purchases to determine if the purchase is a want or a need. I am focused on purchasing only needed items, however I do fall victim to buying new clothes, even when not necessary. I've started a one in/one out rule. If I purchase something like a new pair of jeans, I need to get donate an item that I no longer wear. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Explore My AreaHow might spending more time outdoors enhance your brainpower?
Alina Dziekonski 4/14/2021 7:35 AMFor me spending time outdoors energizes me. I find I'm more alert an invigorated. I also find I sleep better at night after spending time outdoors. I try to spend time outdoors daily, however Chicago winters sometimes makes that difficult! Good thing spring is here!
