    Eating more fruits and vegetables is good for myself because it is going to give me energy and make me more healthy. I will do my best to encourage others to do the same and it is a positive outcome for the planet because there will be less animals being consumed

    I can begin to ask those around me to work out with me. Take a walk around the neighborhood with family. Or take my daughter to the park to ride bikes together.

    Thinking about all of the wonderful things to be grateful for will help to focus less on the bad things that may be happening. Keeping focus on the good instead of the bad is a motivator to keep up the good

    I can begin to repurpose the old clothes that I don't wear. Such as making a old jacket into a vest or an old sweater into a new top

    What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reusable one with you or aren't allowed to use the one you brought? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?

    I have decided to always have a reusable bags stored in my car. That way, I will not be in the situation to have to use a disposable bag.

    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    Using tap water has always been something that I don't want to switch to. I have considered maybe I can get a water filter for the sink which would make me more comfortable drinking from it. This would make it easier to change into a habit

    Convenience is the main reason why it is hard to make the switch. Making a better effort to switch will be good in the long run and I will try to get all the coffee drinkers in my house to do the same

    I have evaluated my use of products and decided I can use reusable straws. Save glass bottles and reuse them. Skip using paper plates and use ceramic instead. I am making a conscious effort to reduce my waste

    I suggest in my meetings at work to have documents sent in via email instead of paper copies. I also encourage my coworkers to do the same

    It makes me feel good that I have switched to paperless billing for all my bills. The next step I plan to take is to use less paper products when buying foods

       Alexis, that's great. You'll also like how much easier paperless billing is, just be careful about personal information. You can get reusable vegetable bags.
