REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity MeditateWhat would you like to invest more time in reflecting on?
Sarah Clayville 4/20/2021 3:37 AMAs the world (slowly) begins to return to normal, I want to reflect on the practices of self-care that I need to continue past the pandemic. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Less Screen TimeWhat did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?
Sarah Clayville 4/19/2021 8:33 AMThe best way to achieve this was to involve the whole family. We decided to check out the wildlife at a nearby preserve, and it replaced much more than an hour of screen time. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Go For A Daily Walk OutsideFresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?
Sarah Clayville 4/16/2021 7:31 AMThe blooming plants are making morning walks so interesting and a great way to clear my mind before jumping into daily tasks. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth HappinessHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Sarah Clayville 4/11/2021 9:48 AMWhen the weather doesn't permit much outside work, writing down gratitude is a nice way to stay centered throughout the day. :-) -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Mindfulness PracticeWhat best helped you with your Mindfulness Practice? How does Mindfulness keep you grounded and sustain your work with compassion?
Sarah Clayville 4/07/2021 3:51 AMPairing time outdoors both with my mindfulness and meditation early in the morning has been a super energizer for my day (as long as the weather holds!)
