    Fruits and vegetables provide my body natural sugars and what I need.  Decreasing the meat I consume, will help my heart be healthier.

    I try to get at least 6 hours of sleep.  When I am lucky to get more that is great.  As I am getting older, I find that I do not have a solid amount of sleep due to personal issues.  I try to make sure I provide myself time to relax when I can.

    Walking my dogs, It is peaceful when I do it by myself or with others.  I enjoy the outside and it is important to get the fresh air :)

    We have started to plan out door walks with small groups of friends at different times to see more of our friends in a safe environment, as well as helping everyone to have healthier habits.

    The healthier I eat, the less I need to worry about artificial items being placed in my body.

    I try to remember to unplug unused items so they do not pull on the electricity.

    I try to make minimal trips in my car, so that I am not wasting time or gas.

    At my house, we have converted to solar about 2 years ago.  We are making a conscience effort to save electricity.
