    I've cut back on sugars but i do treat myself every two weeks. I feel good and have more energy than before!

    My Eco Challenge is going fine. Cutting out most of my sugars and keeping a positive mindset. The only struggle is making sure I record it, i keep forgetting to log my stuff inĀ
