    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    I started using a travel cup for water. It helps holding me accountable on "do I really need a water bottle or can I use a cup"? Continuing to carry my travel cup with me everywhere I can use filtered water instead of getting a plastic bottle.

    I started using metal straws to avoid the waste, I like to think I am making an impact on the waste products in the ocean. #SaveTheTurtles

    I have noticed I am more alert with centering myself and not have any distractions through out the day.

    It's really easy for me to stop on my way to work and get breakfast and coffee and getting a cup from the place I stop. It makes me feel good knowing I am beginning to be mindful of that and use my own cups.

    A way that I incorporate spending time with friends is by going to the gym with them and working out together, holding each other accountable.
