    Prepare more of my own food so I'm not buying individually wrapped snacks... We consume a lot more of them than we think!

    It surprised me how easy this was! It has been a difficult day but there was a lot more to be thankful for than I expected. This helps motivate me to keep working on myself and my relationships to keep the energy going.
