Sophie Salomone 4/21/2021 6:39 AMI spent time reading or walking my dog instead of being on my phone. Taking breaks from screen time really helps me relax and refocus, especially in a year where everything I do is on the computer! -

Sophie Salomone 4/21/2021 6:36 AMI love the idea that we are forming a relationship with Earth while we watch sunrises/sunsets. For me, watching the sunset is a great time to appreciate nature's beauty and relax from my busy day!
